Bynum out for 6 weeks?

Rumor has it that Bynum may miss 6 more weeks. This could mean that he could miss the 1st and possibly the 2nd round of the playoffs, that is if they even make the 2nd round.
I just don’t know, man. Without Andrew (and Ariza!), the Lakers are soft and the playoffs requires hard bodied teams. Who knows when Pau will get injured again? It seems he’s always injured! So, the Lakers’ most physical player is Fisher?

The Lakers are also in a quandary. Should they force Bynum play at the risk of having a long term injury? Will they be patient and re-group for next season? I know I’m talking way far ahead but the way they are playing inconsistently, you can’t blame me for being so pessimistic. Don’t get me wrong, I still feel they have a chance this season but only if they have the right draw. Here’s an ideal draw for them (seeding):
- New Orleans
- San Antonio
- Los Angeles Lakers
- Utah
- Phoenix
- Houston
- Dallas
- Denver or Golden State
So, here’s goes my fantasy.
1st round: Lakers win overHouston. Utah wins over Phoenix. San Antonio wins over Dallas. New Orleans wins over Denver or Golden State.
2nd round: Lakers win over Utah. New Orleans wins over San Antonio.
Western Finals: Lakers win over New Orleans
Do I need to spell out that the Lakers will win over the East champs, the Washington Wizards?
